• 📍 Location: Dubai (must already be living in the UAE)
• 🕐 Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• 💰 Salary Package: 7,000 AED starting salary, increasing to 10,000 AED after successful completion of probation, plus uncapped commission
• 🎯 Realistic OTE: 15,000–20,000 AED per month (top performers regularly exceed this)

You’ll speak with customers across the UK every day, building rapport, presenting premium products, and closing sales over the phone. You’ll begin where the action happens—on the sales floor—learning a proven sales process, refining your skills, hitting your targets, and earning substantial commission.

• Native or fluent British English speaker with a clear, confident telephone manner.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and engage confidently with new people.
• Strong persuasion, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Resilient and emotionally composed, maintaining focus despite rejection.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and target-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working towards KPIs, daily call targets, and monthly revenue goals.
